HybridWhat you will do
The PMR Finance Manager will provide financial analysis and standardized reporting support for the Make organization and other support functions.
The PMR Finance Manager will work with Site Finance leads to provide critical financial reporting review decks as well as forward-looking financial projections with first level commentary. He/She will play an important role in ensuring a compliant and accurate monthly closing process and will also support strategy execution, to achieve financial and operational objectives.
He/She will be responsible for providing accurate and value adding analytics such as:
Consolidation of Make spend with Conversion cost and GP analytics
Monthly and quarterly regional dashboards
Provide support to the Site finance leads in deck preparation, including Level 1 commentary
As the manager of the PMR team, he/she will work closely with FP&A and the Site Finance Leads in developing the process and calendar for the annual site Business Plan and forecast updates (JU,SU, etc.).
He/She will also be responsible for ensuring on time and accurate submissions of all relevant information in the local/global ERP and Reporting systems (TM1, OneStream, etc.) for the region. This role will identify and implement operational improvement and standardization opportunities within the financial cycles as well as lead the feedback collection process.
He/She will be responsible for managing the PMR team by providing appropriate level of support depending on capability and skills of the individuals. Identify strengths and development needs of the talent and prepare development plans in collaboration with the individual.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Embed standardized, global processes for regional cost summaries and BVA reporting
Consolidate site/regional/global level spending and provide strong insights/foresights
Establish strong business partnering and finance collaboration with Make stakeholders
Maintain and communicate close/forecast calendars
Leadership and development of the PMR team
Support internal and external audit requirements as necessary
Ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience and education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance as well as a professional accounting qualification (Masters in Accounting/CA/CPA/CIMA)
Required competencies and experience:
6+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably Supply Chain Finance experience.
Strong leadership skills to develop and implement a vision
High conceptual and analytical competence
Ability to zoom in and out – ability to focus on process-oriented tactical plans as well as big picture strategic thinking to challenge status quo
Collaboration and Business Partnering
Well-developed storytelling and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure whilst paying attention to detail
Fluency in English, any other European Language would be a plus
Systems:
SAP ERP and advance skills in MS Office. Knowledge of Business Intelligence systems would be an advantage.
