What you will do

In this role, you will act as a key finance leader at our São José dos Campos - São Paulo manufacturing plant, combining strong financial governance with strategic business partnering to drive operational performance and support critical decisions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting process and performance tracking for São Jose dos Campos Plant, focusing on people planning, discretionary spending, and projects.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing insights and data necessary to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency.

  • Utilize internal Power BI Analytics, SAP ERP and OneStream, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Actively participate in leadership meetings, providing updates on financial performance and identifying potential risks and opportunities.

  • Cultivate a collaborative environment by fostering relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Implement and maintain a strong internal control environment to protect company assets and ensure data integrity.

  • Provide guidance and training team members on financial controls and best practices.

  • Lead initiatives that enhance talent development, engagement, and adaptability within the finance function.

Mandatory Experience and Skills

  • Hands-on operational experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling

  • Bachelor’s degree completed

  • Advanced/Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus (nice to have)

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in SAP ERP, OneStream, and advanced Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is essential

  • Ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven insights, supporting business decisions and optimizing financial performance

  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional and complex environments
