Kenvue is recruiting a Finance Manager for the North America Region, based in São José dos Campos, Brazil. The Finance Manager is a key leader responsible for overseeing all financial activities with a primary focus on business partnering with senior leadership, budgeting, and performance tracking for Supply Chain North America. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective financial management and strategic decision-making, while driving the achievement of both short-term and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting process and performance tracking for Supply Chain North America, focusing on people planning, discretionary spending, and projects.
Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing insights and data necessary to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
Oversee capital expenditure budgeting and tracking for both manufacturing and commercial facilities, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Manage a Data Analytics team responsible for consolidating financial and manufacturing information using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Utilize SAP ERP, OneStream, and Blackline systems to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Actively participate in leadership meetings, providing updates on financial performance and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Cultivate a collaborative environment by fostering relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Implement and maintain a strong internal control environment to protect company assets and ensure data integrity.
Provide guidance and training to team members on financial controls and best practices.
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits for the North America Region.
Lead initiatives that enhance talent development, engagement, and adaptability within the finance function.
Demonstrate and inspire adherence to Kenvue's Values and Quality Statement in all activities.
Required Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
Experience and Skills:
Hands-on operational experience in finance/accounting, including previous managerial experience.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities.
Proficiency in SAP ERP, OneStream, and Blackline systems, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is essential.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and recommend process improvements.
Experience working within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Business experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Cost Accounting.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
MBA and/or CPA, CMA is preferred.
