This position reports to the Finance Master Data Lead and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

What you will do 

The Analyst Finance Master Data is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage end-to-end Finance Master Data processes for North America, including GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers and Exchange Rates.

  • Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Global DTPs and internal controls.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for North America stakeholders regarding Finance Master Data requests, issues, and escalations.

  • Analyse data trends and quality metrics to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to support harmonization and standardization efforts.

  • Partner with IT and process owners to support system enhancements and automation initiatives.

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation for all processes and controls.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring readiness.

  • Contribute to global and regional continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and knowledge sharing.

What we are looking for

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline; advanced certifications preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Finance Master Data, ATR, or related functions.

  • Experience with SAP

  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

  • Working knowledge of master data processes.

  • Experience in a multinational shared services or global operations environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills in English;

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones and cultures.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.

  • Strong understanding of finance principles and master data governance.
