Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for Finance Supervisor, located in São José dos Campos / Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The PICC (Principal, Inventory, Costing and Currency) Finance team is responsible for a great portion of the Supply Chain finance management, being in charge of leading the Principal Tax Intercompany Strategy, setting the Costing and overseeing Inventory for all the regions (NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC). This team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions, analysis and reporting are accurate and compliant in line with Kenvue guidelines.
The Finance Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model through strong collaboration across Business and Finance functions. In addition, understanding of the SC processes, systems and ability to effectively frame and communicate with senior leaders will be important to success and to the team as a whole.
The Finance Supervisor may work with Inventory or Principal pillars, being responsible for the following:
PICC Principal Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage intercompany transactions, regional pricing and profit elimination
Support tax strategy for principal sourcing companies with statutory and managerial P&L analysis being a key partner with the leadership for the Integration with Kimberly Clark
Coordinate and perform annual costing, ICP, markup setup process
Support development of financial forecasts, perform closing activities and analyses of results
Support analysis of Intercompany price variances
Influence the business to streamline the Principal flows and act as a key player on the principal deployment within the new S4 SAP Hana environment
PICC Inventory Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Inventory for the LATAM region being closer to the Finance Director and the Planning Director on the Inventory strategy for the organization
Lead the SLOB, FAA FP&A processes, DOS calculation, Net Inventory Reports
Partner closely with Supply Chain Planning to identify and mitigate risks (Regional and Global Planning Governance)
Partner closely with Finance teams (BUF, FP&A, Make, Source) to have a strong understanding of end-to-end costing variation and inventory drivers
Lead FAA analyses and closing activities for FAA supply chain groups
Lead forecast cycles to influence meeting inventory targets for a leaner supply chain
General responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures
Business partnering (i.e. Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, Leadership Teams)
Share business and financial best practices/procedures across the region
Focus on process improvement and standardization
Promote collaboration and use best practices to provide strategic analytic support to the team and organization
Participate in other special projects as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management
6–8 years of experience
Cost and inventory accounting experience
Strong financial modeling skills
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
Ability to lead small teams
Desired Qualifications
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence tools
Experience as a Finance or related business partner
Advanced English preferred (Spanish is a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Compliance background and experience
