What You Will Do
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be part of a strategic Supply Chain Finance team focused on inventory management, intercompany transactions, pricing, currency hedging, profit elimination, reconciliation, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
PIC Currency & Principal Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze currency impacts for budgets and actuals.
Submit hedging exposures and assess their financial impact.
Manage currency exchange risks across the supply chain.
Perform profit elimination processes for intercompany transactions.
Execute intercompany account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end close activities (journal entries, variance analysis, reporting).
Standardize and automate financial processes.
Maintain documentation and controls in line with SOX and audit requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a multinational or supply chain environment.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience as a finance or business partner.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, internal controls).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
