What you will do

The Financial Analyst will support the LATAM Deliver Operational Team as a Business Partner acting as a strategic partner to ensure adherence to internal policies, risk mitigation, and excellence in financial processes.

This role focuses on financial governance, with a strong focus on internal controls and compliance while supporting cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal controls risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvements to financial processes.

  • Ensure compliance in sourcing, contracts, payments, and international trade aligned with financial policies.

  • Monitor and report compliance indicators through financial reports and dashboards, supporting the preparation of leadership presentations with a focus on transparency and governance.

  • Advise on the creation and review of SOPs and working instructions to standardize financial operation

  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure financial consistency

  • Support SOX compliance initiatives and assist in ensuring alignment with corporate policies related to financial processes

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related.

  • Experience in Controllership or Compliance.

  • English and Spanish.  Advanced Spanish preferred for LATAM interactions.

  • Advanced Excel; ERP systems (SAP); Automation/RPA tools (Power Apps & Automate,); BI dashboards (Power BI).

  • Knowledge in accounting standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience in internal controls and audit support will be considered a plus

  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail

  • Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership

  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
