Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate preparation for monthly performance reviews.
- Ensure timely data entry by data entry owners each month.
- Create leadership report-outs in PowerPoint to supplement the Performance Dashboard in PowerBI.
- Track and manage follow-ups from performance reviews.
- Collaborate with metric owners to develop and implement action plans aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track vacancies, recruiting status, and planned start dates for new hires, in partnership with various hiring managers.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of organizational structure.
- Provide regular status updates on recruiting activities and quarterly financial forecasts related to staffing.
- Publish organizational announcements and support other onboarding activities as required.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of business experience is required.
- Prior experience managing and facilitating a process, especially performance management, financial management, or other similar areas.
- Proactive attitude, comfortable following up and driving adherence to timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Data & Analytics and/or Digital Product Management concepts and processes is strongly preferred.
- Experience writing and publishing business communications is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in Digital Transformation or Agile Product Management domain is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum framework is a plus.
