Commercial Operations Support Analyst

This position reports to Commercial Operations Support Lead.

This position is based at our High Wycombe office (hybrid working policy). Kenvue have announced a planned move of offices to Reading, Berkshire in Q1 of 2026. Please note that this role will move locations along with this office move.

What you will do 

The Commercial Operations Support Analyst is responsible for all commercial compliance and operations within their area of the Kenvue UK business. Their role will involve collaborating closely with Commercial and Finance teams as well as external partners. Within this role they will be responsible for completing commercial admin tasks accurately and in a timely and compliant manner. They will also be responsible for driving process improvements to ensure the best possible support can be given to our Commercial team to further drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trade Promotion System Reporting

  • Trade investment ledger management and invoice matching

  • Audit claim management – managing existing claims and preventing future ones

  • Claims for credits and damages

  • Pricing

  • Rebate loading and admin including reconciliation on quarterly basis

  • Aged accrual reviews and related post close commentary

  • Accrual releases

  • New line forms/admin related to NPD

  • Transfer order management

  • Sampling for audits

  • Additional channel specific responsibilities may also be a part of the Analyst role

  • Process Improvements

  • Ad hoc work as per business needs.

What we are looking for

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional Finance Qualification (e.g AAT,  ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc.)

  • Degree level educated or equivalent

  • Proficient spoken and written use of the English language

Experience and Skills

  • Process improvement mindset

  • Experience of managing and improving controls and working with audit and compliance teams

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator

  • Good systems knowledge and ability to understand technical details related to systems
