Data & Analytics Manager

This position reports into the Head of Commercial Excellence and is based at Paranaque, Philippines.

What will you do 

The Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for shaping and managing the data solutions of the Customer development/Sales Team. He/She should have a good grasp of both present and future data needs so the appropriate capabilities can be used and developed to address the said requirements. He/She is also expected to provide analysis and key business insights to the sales data available.

Key Responsibilities

• Chief data custodian of the customer development (CD) team
• Responsible for generating regular CD reports and dashboards as identified by the CDLT to be used for regular business cycle monitoring and analysis.
• Responsible for developing new reports, whether ad hoc or new regular ones, as instructed by CDLT.
• Generate key business insights based on the analysis of the available CD data.
• Employ the appropriate data management, reporting and analysis tools to aid in the processing and utilization of CD data.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·    Extensive experience in data analytics, particularly in sales data management

·    Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI and other data analytics tool

·    Experience in sales data management

·    Data visualization skills

·    Competency on strategic insights driven storytelling

·    Proactive mindset

·    Passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives

Desired Qualifications

·    Good sales experience or a background in managing CBI in FMCG industry are an advantage

·    Stakeholder management competency
