Ce que tu vas faire

What you will do

As Digital Program & Process Excellence Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution and continuous improvement of labeling & artwork programs and processes. This highly cross-functional role will focus on optimizing workflows, building governance, and aligning operational strategies with digital capabilities.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and sustaining efficient end-to-end processes, while driving alignment between multiple internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will own the development and monitoring of performance indicators related to execution, process efficiency, and operational excellence.

You will also provide regular progress updates and identify areas for improvement. It involves analyzing program data to inform decision-making and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance user experience to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of Labeling & Artwork (L&A) programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, regulatory standards, and business expectations

  • Lead process design, mapping, documentation, and optimization of end-to-end workflows to ensure scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency

  • Build, align and sustain governance frameworks, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes across cross-functional teams

  • Facilitate strategic alignment sessions to translate high-level plans into actionable roadmaps, enabling execution across internal and external partners

  • Define, monitor, and analyze program KPIs and process performance indicators to drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders on program status, risks, challenges, and impact, enabling informed decisions

  • Identify and address operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities using root cause analysis and performance data

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, proposing structured enhancements to tools, systems, workflows, and cross-functional interactions

  • Drive implementation, maintenance, and user adoption of digital platforms supporting the Labeling & Artwork lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs and process requirements

  • Ensure consistent execution standards across programs, while promoting a culture of process excellence, digital enablement, and proactive governance.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as IT, Business, Operations, R&D Life Sciences or Process-related disciplines

  • Relevant experience in a life science and/or consumer industry 5+ years

  • Experience in managing cross-functional programs involving process improvement, governance, and platform/tool deployment

  • Demonstrated project management experience in managing digital projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring

  • Proven experience in process optimization, and change management

  • Experience building KPIs, and metrics to support decision-making and performance tracking

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA in fields such as Process Improvement & Excellence, Business Administration, or similar

  • Experience with Labeling and Artwork Processes in regulated environments (e.g., consumer industry)

  • Familiarity with R&D and data requirement

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

  • Experience with data visualization required to monitor and improve program deployment

  • Experience in implementing digital tools to enable workflow efficiency and visibility
