Ce que tu vas faire

FIXED-TERM CONTRACT FOR 1 YEAR

The Digital Quality Engineer is responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications, supporting the design and build of digital solutions and ensuring fit for purpose solutions are deployed and available to the regional quality & compliance organization to deliver value. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality and Compliance, Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and IT to support the agile delivery of high-quality and sustainable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement regional digital solutions in alignment with industry standards and regulations
• Build digital solutions where regional/global solutions do not exist but ensure aligned to digital strategy (i.e. not duplicating existing work)
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions prior to go live and generate UAT scripts
• Translate business requirements/needs into technical specifications
• Develop sustainable digital initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce cycle time, and optimize quality & compliance processes
• Generate control documentation and ensure compliance with product development standards at Kenvue
• Support in training / awareness for end users on the tools available
• Provide support to requestors/end users on digital tools
• Action feedback as agreed in Digital Steerco for continuous improvement of tools
• Provide support for technology transfer and improvement of existing quality systems 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital quality assurance and compliance

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• University/Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. Supply Chain, Software development)
• Minimum 5 years of business experience
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Fabric (PowerApps, PowerBI, Dataverse etc)
• Excellent data modelling and visualization skills
• Strong digital solution or software development competencies
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and technology solutions to drive value and agility
• Strong ability to come up with resourceful solutions to end user pain points/needs
• Previous Experience and good understanding of Microsoft Azure Stack
• Strong understanding of UI/UX
• Strong competency in SQL, Python, R or any other programming language
• Analytical, critical and logical thinking
• Fluent English 
• Written and visual communication skills are critical

• Experience with quality systems, regulations, and industry standards
• Strong understanding of process optimization and business impact of digital solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with implementing corrective and preventive actions in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality frameworks and methodologies
