Ce que tu vas faire

The Digital Solutions Analyst (FIXED TERM: 12 MONTHS) is a multifunctional and autonomous professional responsible for managing digital demands end-to-end, through the management and execution of the regional portfolio of analytical solutions to meet the needs of different planning areas (demand, production, materials, etc.) – from identifying and understanding the business need to delivering the solution, ensuring quality, scalability, and impact. They will also collaborate with the implementation of the portfolio of analytical solutions developed by global teams.

Main responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to understand needs and processes

• Analyze data and business context

• Design the most appropriate digital solution (BI, applications, automation, etc.)

• Build and deliver the solution

• Document and ensure the maintainability of the solution

• Facilitate and/or validate the implementation of global analytical solutions in Latin America

Required Qualifications

Education

The candidate for this position should have a higher education degree in areas such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

 

Experience and Skills

• Execution of projects in Agile framework

• Proven experience in optimizing and executing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)

• Experience with cloud computing tools and defining solution architecture

• Solid experience in data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, integrity, completeness, and timeliness of information

• Proficiency in designing processes to evaluate the best technical solution

• Skill in analytics, focusing on creating reports and dashboards that support decision-making

• Ability to conduct training and demonstrations of solutions in Portuguese and English

• Conduct presentations in both languages

Desired Qualifications

• Essential knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL

• Desirable knowledge of Databricks, Snowflakes, Python/R, APIs, Knime

• Advanced English is a requirement; Spanish is a plus
