EMEA-LATAM Communications, Senior Manager
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
What You Will Do
This role reports to the VP Corporate Affairs EMEA-LATAM and is responsible for both internal communications across EMEA-LATAM and supporting communications for senior leaders, including the Group President EMEA-LATAM.
This role is critical for enhancing employee experience and business awareness through effective communication strategies, fostering collaboration, and enabling our teams to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be business-focused, proactive and agile with a passion for driving engaging and impactful, innovative communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications plans for EMEA-LATAM that ensure employees are informed, engaged, and equipped to execute business strategy.
Lead change communications for critical EMEA-LATAM business initiatives and transformations.
Plan and manage creative, impactful communications across written, digital, and live formats.
Support internal communications for the Group President EMEA-LATAM as well as preparing LinkedIn content.
Provide communications guidance to senior leaders across EMEA-LATAM in support of business critical priorities.
Lead or co-lead EMEA-LATAM leadership events including the annual EMEA-LATAM Commercial Leaders Conference.
Lead key regional employee events including regional townhalls.
Be an active member of the Global Employee Engagement Center of Excellence to shape global content and initiatives for the region.
Generate and leverage key insights from audience research to continuously refine and improve internal communications.
Track KPIs to monitor performance.
What We Are Looking For
Position Requirements
Strategic thinker with a strong bias to action - able to envision solutions, develop sound strategies, and activate tactical plans and related processes.
Strong project management, planning and organizational skills, delivering multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proven success in supporting senior leader communications internally and externally.
Track record of influence, great instinct and decision making.
Natural collaborator who excels in relationship building, stakeholder management and teamwork. Ability to work with cross-functional, geographically, and culturally diverse teams
Solid understanding of internal communications ecosystems and track record creating successful integrated employee comms programmes.
Expert storyteller and clear communicator (proficiency in English).
Exceptional communication (oral and written), interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills are required
