EMEA Operational Technology (OT) Automation Lead

What will you do:
Work closely with the Business Solutions regional lead in the definition and prioritization of the regional project portfolio in the OT space
Be responsible of overall OT project execution in the region through:
- Coordination of regional OT resources
- Supervision of regional OT projects currently active with the key objective of:
- Making sure the project delivery on time and on budget
- Help solve issues and remove roadblocks encountered by the different initiatives
- Resolve conflicts between OT Projects within the region
- Escalate at global level topics that need might impact global templates or that will need global intervention to be resolved
- Cooperate and collaborate with the Global standard leads in the definition and subsequent enforcement of standards related to both hardware and software in the OT space
- Act as a Regional DRI towards the global for OT projects executed in the region
- Additionally, the role will support:
- Define and Deploy the EMEA Automation & Digital Strategy in line with Global Strategy
- Step Change the Automation Systems (e.g: cobots, Industry 4.0, etc) across the EMEA internal Manufacturing Sites
- Align the EMEA Automation & Digital Roadmap with the regional MAKE Strategic Priorities (e.g: Productivity, Process Reliability and Agility)
- Synchronize the Automation Strategy with Operational Excellence and Supply Chain Excellence to guarantee E2E approach
- In collaboration with the EMEA Chief Engineer, shape and deploy the Reliability and Predictive Maintenance solutions across the Region, including new AI technologies to improve the Maintenance performance
- Automation and Digital Competence Development and Capability building across the regional Engineering organization
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Automation, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial)
- Experience required: > 7 years in OT / Automation
- Strong skills in project and stakeholders’ management
- Good relational and organizational skills, proactivity and flexibility in problem solving and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Advanced level of English language.
- Knowledge in traksys, cocpit, PCS7, aveva, MES configuration experience, LEDS implementation is a plus.
