Ce que tu vas faire

Field Business Manager will be responsible to drive business objective through development of the reporting team member, developing KOL’s and growing Market share. As a people leader this will help you a journey to lead with purpose. 


Key Responsibilities:
• Territory level detailing Deliverables - Prescriptions, HCP Coverage, HCP engagement by jointly working with the MSRs
• Territory level detailing Deliverables - Prescriptions, HCP Coverage & HCP engagement by jointly working with the HRAs
• Territory level business delivery from Kenvue Self care - ORSL/ Benadryl/ Imodium/ Daktarin
• To work closely with CD team to ensure chemist servicing & POBs execution
• Executing HCP Activity Engagement Plan with the help of Activation Managers
• Owning up key core doctors relationship in his territory
• Ensuring timely e-reporting is done by MSRs Additional Responsibilities
• Ensuring compliant processes are followed by MSRs while detailing
• Mentoring & Training MSRs on detailing practices
• Reviewing MCL List & Core Chemists list on a regular frequency
• Leading outsourced MSRs
• Ensuring compliance at the ground level & Ensuring MSRs are regularly trained
• First level of team management. Directly responsible for handling Outsourced MSRs


What we are looking for:

**Required Qualifications**

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related business management sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving business sales targets.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market intelligence, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide diverse teams.

• Effective communication skills for reporting to senior management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Desired Qualifications**

• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize field operations and drive growth.

• Experience in budget management and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.

• Ability to develop and implement incentive plans and sales campaigns that drive performance.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-focused and results-driven approach to managing complex projects.

• Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and adapting to evolving market dynamics.

• Proven ability to synthesize market intelligence and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing diverse stakeholders.
