Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for Financial Analyst, located in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil.
The PICC (Principal, Inventory, Costing and Currency) Finance team is responsible for Inventory Management, complex financial transactions and flows, costing and intercompany pricing. PIC team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions, analysis and reporting are accurate and compliant in line with Kenvue guidelines.
The Financial Analyst will support the execution of key PICC activities related to Principal operations, intercompany pricing, inventory accounting, profit elimination, costing, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, collaboration across multiple functions, and the ability to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst may be responsible for the following:
General PICC Responsibilities
Support intercompany transactions, pricing activities, and profit elimination processes.
Prepare and analyze inventory, costing, and principal-related financial reports.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
Perform analysis of intercompany margins, inventory valuation, and supply chain financial impacts.
Assist in monitoring currency impacts and related reporting requirements.
Support preparation of forecasts, budgets, and financial estimates.
Execute reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data within SAP and reporting systems.
Partner with Supply Chain, Tax, Compliance, Treasury, and Commercial Finance teams to resolve operational and financial issues.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as required.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)
Experience in financial analysis, costing, inventory accounting, or supply chain finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data
Experience working with cross-functional teams and identifying process improvements
Desired Qualifications
Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools
Experience as Finance or related business partner
Strong communication and presentation skills
Compliance background and experience
