What will you do 

GLOBAL MOBILITY BUSINESS PARTNER

the position can be based in UK or Czechia

Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Mobility, The Regional Mobility Business Partner - APAC & EMEA will have broad and deep subject matter expertise in international mobility in order to identify, design, and implement optimal mobility solutions that meet the needs of all key stakeholders.  The role will partner with internal and external stakeholders to seamlessly and flawlessly execute the relocation in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strong consultative mobility business partner to identify, design and implement optimal mobility solutions that meet the needs of the business and key stakeholders

  • Collaborate as a trusted advisor with the business to regularly and consistently demonstrate a high level of consultative expertise to align with the objectives of the APAC and EMEA regions in alignment with the business objectives

  • Collaborate with PBP, TA, HR and external supplier partners to design and implement competitive relocation compensation and benefit packages aligned with Talent Mobility policies

  • Develop, collaborate and maintain relationships with third-party supplier partners to ensure effective execution of their roles and responsibilities to address and resolve complex international assignment issues

  • Thrive within a cross-functional team to drive mobility initiatives and ensure seamless execution

  • Consistently demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with supplier partners to resolve matters/queries from employees related to their relocation

  • Regularly maintain open lines of communication with all key stakeholders

  • Drive policy compliance while ensuring program remains globally consistent and locally relevant

  • Enable expert collaboration on immigration laws, tax compliance implications, and cultural considerations for global relocations

  • Analyze mobility trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and retention

  • Analyze metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

  • Coordinate and oversee project-based group moves

  • Interpret and communicate relocation policies for all key stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement in Global Mobility function through innovation and technology

  • Remain knowledgeable on current and trending/leading best practices, industry standards, and leading-edge mobility solutions in order to drive change.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of broad and deep experience in Global Mobility or related field

  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field

  • Industry designation preferred, CRP, GMS, GMS-T

  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

  • Strong customer service skills while demonstrating a global mindset

  • Experience in working well between and across functions and across all levels in the organization

  • Excellent communication skills recognizing variability to adjust in accordance with changing audience

  • Ability to positively negotiate and influence key stakeholders, inspire trust, and build credibility

  • Expertise in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with a sense of urgency and drive issues through to completion

  • Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
