Ce que tu vas faire

The Group Product Manager, Skin Health is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote skin health products within the HCP channel (Dermatologists). You will be responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan, making recommendations for the development of franchise marketing strategy, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth in the dermat channel.

You will oversee the overall marketing plan and collaborate with cross-functional teams( sales, supply chain, R&D, global and regional brand teams) to drive overall brand outcomes:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand marketing plans in the HCP (dermatologist) channel that align with the brand’s overall business objectives and the specific goals of the skin health franchise.
  •  Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy for the skin health portfolio across HCP ecosystem- right content , engagement with KOLs,
  • Lead brand share growth initiatives for the skin health portfolio brands in India in the HCP channel
  • Create medical marketing communication and content strategy for in-clinic promotion across skin health brands
  • Champion insight generation across HCPs. Monitor trends and behaviors to shape a comprehensive and effective marketing strategy for inside derm chamber detailing
  • Lead long term portfolio planning for the brands in the HCP channel. Closely collaborate with global teams to drive portfolio and innovation strategy for India
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives and drive business growth
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Own and drive overall proposition for skin-health products including portfolio strategy, pricing and packaging among others in the HCP channel
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including demand planning, supply planning and customer development to drive forecasting and integrated business planning for the business unit
  • Formulate and implement marketing objectives and policies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Drive excellence by collaborating with the sales team.
  • Work to identify the key stakeholders and KOLs in the therapeutic area. Establish regular contact with key stakeholders / partners / KOLs.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing within the Consumer Health industry
  • Strong background in HCP industry required /pharma marketing
  • Post graduate Degree or Equivalent in Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Direct experience in customer interfaces, such as sales or sales management
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex business data and forecast outcomes

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in sales is desirable
  • Proven track record of success in business growth, strategy development, and innovation
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer sector sales, marketing, and marketing research
  • Effective leadership through ambiguity, conflict, and complexity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
