The HCP Strategy Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and control of communication plans directed at healthcare professionals in an omnichannel model for the markets of Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning processes for HCP (3YOP, mandala, etc.), including the required investment for these initiatives.
Oversee the execution of plans directed at HCPs, closely monitoring the achievement of objectives to make adjustments to the plan when necessary.
Lead the strategic planning for maternity programs, act as a support for the execution team, and lead negotiations to increase penetration and reach of new births.
Participate in the monthly cycle guides prepared by the execution team to provide direction to the field team regarding the month’s priorities.
Focus on business results (Prescription Share & Sell-Out Share) and track initiatives.
Serve as the single point of contact with local brand management teams and leaders executing medical visits.
Ensure that the content strategy for HCPs is aligned with the brand's strategic direction.
Brief the Scientific Analyst for the development of content in collaboration with MAF/RA, specialized agencies, and global teams leading the brand communication strategy.
Provide the operations team with strategic direction for executing key levers (strat brief), including: Medical visit cycle priorities, maternity strategy, planning for samples and kits, training needs for the field team, and strategic briefing for the development of congresses and events.
Plan, execute, and adjust the investment budget (BME) for HCP programs throughout the year.
Support the BI team in preparing and presenting financial scenarios, including adjustments and/or changes to the investment plan.
Define the annual strategy for medical samples directed at HCPs and share it with the BI team for proper planning and control of the execution of the forecast and the BME. Assist the BI team with any adjustments needed in the plan throughout the year.
Support the BI team in presenting innovation projects for samples and regular products that will be used in HCP programs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing or related fields, ideally with a specialization or MBA.
Experience in the healthcare industry, in roles leading strategies for HCPs or medical institutions.
Experience in strategic functions, budget planning and control, and team leadership.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, connect with, and lead cross‑functional support areas.
Analytical skills: ability to analyze market information, identify opportunities, and develop action plans.
High level of English;
Desired Qualifications
· High level of Spanish.
