Ce que tu vas faire

As the Head of Modern Trade, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for national key account customers and field sales operations. Your primary goal is to drive sustainable business growth in alignment with the strategic plans set by the Leadership Team.

You will play a pivotal role on the Sales Leadership Team, overseeing customer and channel planning, execution, and performance. This includes managing sales forecasts, developing strategic initiatives, and directing programs that maximize sales volume and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term partnerships with the Head of Buying for key national customers, contributing to the broader sales and commercial objectives of the business.
  • Coach and assist Customer Development Managers on customer negotiations where necessary
  • Lead the national field sales force to ensure products are available on shelf, correctly merchandised, and aligned with company shelf standards.
  • Manage all business communications, keeping field sales leadership informed of negotiated activities and providing key stakeholders with relevant sales information.
  • Drive distribution of new products within specific trade sectors and ensure excellent 4P strategy execution across channels.
  • Work in close partnership with Marketing to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best in class 4P execution.
  • Partner with Shopper Marketing to ensure implementation of optimized 4P strategy is aligned with category and customer strategy.
  • Work in partnership with the Customer Head Buyer for Kenvue categories defining and leading the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms; develop the customer promotion and product launch plans, ensuring excellent implementation from the Key Account Team.
  • Responsible for achieving Customer/Channel plan & delivering the target trade spend.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or more advanced Degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in FMCG Account Management.
  • Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Retail is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial capacity with proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Proven track record in Sales Management with major retailers
