What you will do

As the Head of Trade Analytics & Data Strategy, you will shape the future of how Kenvue leverages data and analytics to win in an increasingly omnichannel world. In this highly visible leadership role, you will build and drive a modern data and analytics ecosystem – identifying fit‑for‑purpose data, intuitive reporting, powerful business intelligence, and advanced analytics that unlock smarter, faster decisions across the organization.

You will be the catalyst for transforming our trade analytics capabilities, ensuring they evolve with customer, consumer and channel dynamics. Your work will empower teams across Kenvue to act with confidence, anticipate opportunities and maximize growth through insights‑led decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of trade analytics into a modern, omnichannel capability to drive enterprise business objectives while maximizing value to consumers
  • Build evolved drivers of business value, strengthening business intelligence to surface opportunities and manage risk
  • Develop assortment planning and promotional performance insights that are fit for purpose to integrate in commercial strategy
  • Identify and prioritize channel‑specific risks and opportunities related to pricing, promotion and assortment, delivering actionable insights that accelerate growth
  • Partner across Shopper Insights, Retail Insights and Revenue Growth Management to deliver holistic, consumer‑ and customer‑centric values
  • Establish a single, trusted source of trade data to ensure accuracy, consistency and accessibility
  • Advance reporting tools and dashboards to deliver timely, decision‑enabling insights for leaders and operators
  • Embed insights and reporting into the trade analytics ecosystem to elevate data‑driven decision‑making across the organization
  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team to deliver the program end‑to‑end, from strategy through execution

What we’re looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of insights experience, with a proven record of providing actionable insights that influence leadership decisions
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage teams and drive strategic initiatives effectively
  • Proficiency in data governance, data modeling and data quality management practices
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies
  • Experience in the business adoption of data science tools and advanced analytics methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$190,825.00 - $269,400.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
