Ce que tu vas faire

What you will do

The LATAM Procurement Manager – Marketing Ops (MOPS) & Sales Distributor Services (SDS) is responsible for driving the development of category practices for SDS and MOPS across it 9 subcategories, with a stronger focus on Merchandising, Distributor Services; eCommerce and POSM (excluding trade customization). Responsibilities include sourcing strategy definition, deployment, and stakeholder management to maximize savings and Procurement’s value contribution while achieving compliance with policies, strategies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Work with commercial and marketing stakeholders and other functions like Finance, Legal or Quality to fully understand business needs and search / develop / select reliable suppliers to deliver on those needs.

· Own the definition of regional sourcing strategies for SDS (Contact Center, eCommerce, Distributor Services, Field Force Services, Retail Broker and Merchandisers) and MOPS (Consumer Promotion and Instore displays, Direct Marketing and Fulfillment, Events and Marketing Materials).

· Lead sourcing initiatives above $500k of spend and provide category guidance to Sourcing Operations for sourcing initiatives under $500k.

· Lead contract definition, implementation and compliance.

· Identify industry trends and new potential partnerships and solutions to deliver top and bottom-line growth.

· Develop deep supplier relationships with key strategic external partners to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, reduce complexity and bring innovation to our business.

· Deliver critical Procurement commitments around savings; return on investment; top-line growth; payment terms; sustainability.

· Identify non-added value processes, administrative work or demand management opportunities and suggest improvements.

What we are looking for

· The candidate must have a University Degree in a Major Discipline (i.e. Engineering, Business, Economics, Law). An MBA, Master’s degree or further education is an asset.

· The candidate must have extensive work experience in SDS and/or MOPS Procurement, Commercial or Finance.

· The candidate must have a good understanding of route to market models, CIW, strong business and financial acumen and being able to fully understand and work with P&Ls.

· Strong analytical, sound judgment and decision making required, with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.

· Effective influencing skills and ability to understand and influence individuals & groups required.

· The candidate must be fluent, both written and speaking, in English and Portuguese. Preferably also have proficiency in Spanish
