This position reports into Head of Reporting Analytics & Enablement and is based at Bangalore.

What You Will Do
The position is responsible for:
- Executing daily activities to ensure overall end-to-end data management, quality, retention, orchestration, and visualization of our workforce intelligence solution across the HR ecosystem.
- The Analyst will manage all day-to-day activities related to workforce data management requests, ensuring complete service delivery, including user management, change management, incident management, configuration management, communication, and knowledge management of the Workforce Intelligence Data, Reporting, and Analytics solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Workforce Intelligence Data, Reporting, and Analytics capabilities in Kenvue’s Visier instance
- Execute the Product strategy in areas of user management, change management, incident management, configuration management, communication, and knowledge management
- Being a Subject Matter Expert in a People Experience Domain
- Act as a product owner, daily deliver high-quality services:
- User management –accurate, compliant, and complete access policy
- Change management – convenient end-user intake process, backlog management, tasks alignment with the product roadmap and business strategy, precise execution, and vendor cooperation coordination
- Incident management – timely collection, acknowledgment, assessment, and resolution coordination with the IT partners, vendor, and stakeholder
- Configuration management – maintain accurate, documented, up-to-date configuration library
- Communication management – plan, coordinate with comms team, own and execute entire communication with stakeholders
- Knowledge management – maintain internal knowledge of the solution, documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing
- Continuously identify stakeholders' needs and offer ideas and solutions for its realization
- Together with the Data Quality team, maintain the Data Catalogue repository covering Data Lineage, Glossary, Data Dictionary
- Proactively seek and identify opportunities to improve the quality of the solution service delivery and coordinate improvement initiatives
- Drive accurate, complete, updated workforce data across functions by interacting with various colleagues as measured by monthly success metrics
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in data management
- Mandatory 2 years’ experience with administering the Visier application (different modules)
- Proven recent experience with increasing accuracy and completeness of workforce data
- Experience with HR Information Systems (WorkDay) that manage data across the employee lifecycle
- Deep experience with data transformation and visualization tools
- High level of proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, analyzing complex situations, and absorbing considerable amounts of data to identify key themes and identify actionable insights that lead to effective solutions and recommendations
- Hands-on experience driving compliance and privacy outcomes in partnership with key teams to set global and local standards
