This position reports into Digital Capability Owner - Smart Manufacturing and is based at Bangalore, India.

What you will do
As Manager, Digital Products, you will be responsible for building and enhancing our digital product offerings to support critical business needs within the Smart Manufacturing Digital Capability area. Your work will directly impact our ability to streamline supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, data analysis, and digital product development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the digital product management team in developing innovative strategies to drive product growth and enhance user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize feature development based on market trends and user feedback
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
- Define and communicate the strategic direction for digital products or services
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery
- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement based on market trends and user feedback
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track product performance and success
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Specialization in supply chain with experience in digital product development, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Supply Chain Planning, Product Development, or digital transformation
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from concept to delivery
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
Experience applying Agile product management methodologies within a Supply Chain or Digital team
Experience with Agile product management tools and methodologies
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Supply Chain management, specially Manufacturing and Quality.
Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain interactions, interdependencies, and end-to-end business / IT architecture
Ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
Experience implementing Digital Twin digital products/capabilities
Experience in driving business growth and innovation through product development
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience working with Microsoft suite of products, especially Azure, Databricks, PowerBI, Copilot
Experience working with Atlassian suite of products, especially JIRA
