Role reports to: Director, Labeling and Artwork Operations
What you will do
The Artwork Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiencies and ensuring process optimization across the organization. Managing artwork production flow, ensuring effective governance of process and data, tracking key performance metrics, implementing quality control requirements, and enforcing business objectives and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the process excellence initiatives within the artwork operations department
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline and optimize artwork processes
- Utilize data analytics to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in artwork operations
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices. Communicate changes effectively across the organization.
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members to ensure high-quality artwork deliverables
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance artwork operations
- Lead efforts to enhance production flow and efficiency to meet company goals and business forecasts
- Implement control measures to ensure quality and compliance with Kenvue standards
- Develop and maintain cost control reports, capacity planning, and resource requirements
- Continuously evaluate and implement new methodologies to optimize efficiency
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- University/ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certification) is preferred, not mandatory.
- 8-12 years of experience in artwork operations or related business operations
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement projects with measurable results.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in implementing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with standards
