Ce que tu vas faire

The Technical Reliability Manager will serve as subject matter expert in Kenvue’s Product Reliability team for technical governance. This role is the focal point for the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the regional product technical review forum known as Validated State Review, and a member of the Design Review Committee. Key to this role is ensuring consistency and balance within projects following technical risk management and Human Centered Innovation principles when applied to technical deliverables from process validation through lifecycle management associated with sustainability, reliability, and compliance projects, including technology transfers and process improvements.

The Technical Reliability Manager partners closely with Brand Reliability, R&D, Regional Technical Operations, regional Quality, and project teams to ensure requisite quality activities are integrated into decision making. Using risk-based and learning driven approaches, this role applies disciplined technical judgment to inform design choices, challenge assumptions, and surface escalation needs when unmanaged risk remains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Validated State Review process to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, risk-commensurate decision making

  • Engage with global partners from Tech Ops, Analytical, Regional Product Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to continuously improve technical rigor within projects, including the transition to the Commercialization phase, for all internally and externally developed products

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or concerns identified during the Validated State Review process

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to enhance their skills and facilitate product knowledge management and utilization

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the Validated State Review process

  • Serve as the Quality representative or the Independent Reviewer for the Design Review Committee (DRC) and Technical Review process for products that require Design Controls

  • This role may also have ownership for assigned global policies associated with product ownership, such as the global historical assessment process or proactive product quality scan, and will collaborate with cross-functional partners from the requisite functions to identify trends, best practices, and define appropriate product and policy actions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience across quality, product development, technical operations, or related technical leadership roles.

  • Working proficiency in quality engineering practices, methodologies, and applicable regulatory standards

  • Experience supporting cross‑functional technical work across product development or innovation programs, contributing to alignment of risk tradeoffs and technical decision making.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical risks, assumptions, and design considerations to cross‑functional partners.

  • Fluency in English required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding of the consumer products regulatory environment, with the ability to consider regulatory, technical, and customer expectations.

  • Ability to summarize and communicate technical data and risk insights, supporting technical discussions and informed decision making within cross‑functional product teams.

  • Experience participating in technical design reviews and applying quality risk management practices, including supporting identification, assessment, and documentation of risks and assumptions.

  • Demonstrated problem‑solving capability, applying structured and data‑driven approaches to product lifecycle challenges with support from more senior technical leaders.

  • Working proficiency with digital tools and platforms used to analyze data, document risk assessments, and support consistent design‑quality execution.

  • Executional adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced environments, manage assigned priorities, and adjust to evolving program needs.
