Ce que tu vas faire

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving cross-functional collaboration, customer focus and performance driven culture
• Implement Scientific foundation of franchise strategy
• Conceptualization and execution of wide range of medical affairs activities (including research, publications, medical education, advisory board meetings, new product ideas etc.) that are aligned to the franchise strategy
• Strengthening of KOL advocacy to build thought leadership
• Structured planning and execution of scientific leaders’ / Key opinion leaders / medical experts engagement plan 
• Regular connects with relevant Key opinion leaders / medical experts / Healthcare professionals to generate therapy area specific insights
• Regular training and flow of latest medical developments in the given field to professional sales/marketing team  
• Scientific sanctity in all external (promotional material, patient education material etc.) and internal (newsletters etc.) communications
• Be the voice of authority and lead scientific face of Kenvue India in the given therapeutic area and represent the organization in various internal & external platforms
• Increasing HCP reach & build mental availability for Self-care & Essential health brands
• Supporting Indian evidence generation for strengthening category relevance
• Creating and maintaining strong publication plans relevant to the therapy area
• Ensure partnership with translational science and business to quickly respond as needed to deliver optimizing product claims, enhancing marketing messages, supporting opportunistic regional roll-outs
• Review of medical education events proposals for HCP CV assessments, FMV finalization and HCP invoices approvals
• Ensure timely redressal of medical information inquiries by the team and periodic update of the MIEs resolved for Self-care.
• Partner with Stakeholders for supporting BRQC and FCPA audits
• Ensure timely submission of Monthly reports for Medical updates
• Strict control and monitoring of Regional MAF, R&D and local budgets allocated for different projects.
• Ensure appropriate review and approval of medical educational events and promotional materials as per the SOPs
• Understanding company’s ongoing policies and processes for conducting medical engagement activities with HCPs
• Complete all mandatory trainings as per training calendar with no deviations for self and the team
• This is individual contributor role involving exposure to key medical affairs activities

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• MBBS or MD with 2-3 years of experience into Medical Affairs.
• Prior exp of working in same therapy area is preferred.
