Ce que tu vas faire

Execute the development, maintenance, communication, and publication of the Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) to ensure that customer requirements are met. Maintain Raw Material and Components inventories within target, while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired materials. Contribute to the balancing of Raw and Pack Materials, ensuring efficient and effective procurement & inventory practices and optimizing the balance between quality, service, reliability and cost. Ensure that all material delivery schedules are communicated to the suppliers on time to meet plan requirements. Support projects from an MRP standpoint, ensuring that all planned timelines are met.

FIXED TERM CONTRACT 18 months

Key Responsibilities

MRP Execution:

  • Check Parameters: Accountable for the completeness and the accuracy of the planning parameters to be considered by the MRP calculation
  • Run MRP: Responsible and accountable for the MRP calculations and the completeness and accuracy of its output.
  • Operational supplier communication: responsible and accountable to consistently communicate requirements to suppliers in accordance with Kenvue's operating model and framework and collaborate with them to validate material availability against shared forecasts.
  • Connect with Supply Planning and Project Teams to ensure seamless flow of information and ensure a fully integrated approach to delivering projects and key metrics – Customer Service, Inventory, and Cost.
  • Ensure project timelines are met through excellent MRP execution.
  • Update MRP: Incorporate suppliers feedback in MRP

MRP Control​:

  • Exception management: Identify issues between supplier’s feedback and plant’s requirements and collaboratively resolve them with suppliers and MPS/Detailed Scheduling
  • Detailed schedule confirmation: Validate materials availability to execute production plan to detailed scheduler.
  • Inventory control: Responsible and accountable for materials inventory at the plant and the delivery of the target.
  • PIPO: Responsible and accountable for the execution of phase in-phase out material
  • SLOB: Responsible and accountable for SLOB identification, mitigation and reporting

Material Call off:

  • Schedule delivery: Responsible and accountable for detailed delivery schedule of the materials at the plant
  • Schedule delivery (Strategy): Responsible and accountable for strategic planning for mid and long-term delivery plan of the materials at the plant
  • Supplier confirmation: Responsible and accountable for collaborating with suppliers to validate that every delivery is feasible on time and in quantity by the supplier and feedback supplier confirmation detailed schedule

Others:

  • Support NPI/NPD initiatives by ensuring a proper introduction of the new suppliers and correct management of the Materials phase in / phase out.
  • Collaborate with other functions to understand adhere to warehouse space
  • Interfaces with Quality and Warehouse staff regarding rejected / defective materials, making the necessary physical arrangements with the supplier to ensure a prompt return of goods or disposal.
  • Collaborate with MSM regarding supplier performance and supplier’s improvements and initiatives
  • Bring to life and become an ambassador of Kenvue’s behaviors, purpose and values.

Key Requirements

  • Has a good understanding of the financial flows and associated product flows.
  • Proactive thinker, meticulous, rigorous with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Language: English, and French preferable.
  • In depth knowledge of Supply Planning and its discipline. Detail oriented with the ability to see big picture
  • Ability to communicate and present clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.
  • Able to make decisions based on data and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills – be able to relate & compare, securing relevant information and identifying key issues.
  • Ability to influence at his level within the Supply Chain, Finance & other key cross functional partners, in a matrix environment and externally.
  • Customer and business focused – determined to deliver successful outcomes in a cost-effective way.
  • Proactive thinker, meticulous and rigorous with oversight of the details.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills who thrives in a supportive fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3+ years’ experience in planning, procurement, manufacturing, or scheduling, and End to End Supply Chain Understanding.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • System Experience: Advanced experience in ERP and planning systems, knowledge of digital capability tools (SAP ECC/APO, SAP OneS4, other)
  • Language: English is required, with French being a plus.
