This position reports into OneS4 Global Account to Report Lead and is based at Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

Kenvue is the world's most comprehensive and broadly-based healthcare Company, touching the lives of nearly a billion people every day. Kenvue competes in consumer market and has the skills and resources to tackle the world's most pressing health issues.

The OneS4 program is a critical component of the Kenvue strategy to become a digital first company. It is investing significantly to transform its core ERP landscape through the implementation of a single global instance of SAPs S/4 platform. This will unlock significant value and establish a best of bread foundation for our S/4 Digital Core.

This position is responsible for leading the One S4 ERP implementation for EMEA’s Account to Report scope of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Account to Report scope of One S4 implementation for EMEA region.
• Ensure all requirements are captured and all relevant business processes are captured.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of S4 implementation.
• Be a change agent, educating the teams of the benefits of the new global Consumer OneS4 ERP.
• Engage with the stakeholders to prepare them and their teams for the OneS4 implementation in their area, including Business Unit Finance team, FP&A team, Global functions and corporate finance team.
• Have a good end-to-end knowledge on the new design to be able to explain new ways of working.           
• Gain a complete understanding of EMEA nuances to drive an assessment of statutory and tax required process adaptations.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of related experience in Account to Report.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
