This position reports into Pharma Sales Manager  and is based at Athens.

What you will do

The Pharma Sales Representative is responsible for creating sales plans, conducting presentations, and building relationships with customers to achieve sales objectives and market penetration. You will also gather market information, resolve customer issues, and provide input to sales forecasts:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on product usage and benefits
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and increase market penetration
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs, recommending appropriate products to address them
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Create customized sales presentations and proposals to expand customer base
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Collaborate with management to relay market insights and potential business impacts

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and identify new opportunities
  • Proficiency in computer applications and sales reporting tools
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for provincial assignments
