What You Will Do 

The Professional Omnichannel Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive omnichannel strategy that enhances healthcare professionals (HCP) engagement and drives mental availability across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical market, and the integration of digital and traditional marketing channels. This role’s mission is to build scientific credibility and endorsement for our pharma brands portfolio, through positionings and strategic directions, anticipating the future for self-care, generating innovative medical insights through science and technology utilizing the highest ethical and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating strategy and tactics plan related to HCP promotion (doctors & pharmacists) – F2F, online and multichannel.
  • Manage the omnichannel HCP marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Effectively manage medical representatives team’ activity by means of planning (territory KPIs, analysis, resources allocation, call planning); plan double visits with each medical representative with the objectives of the visit, for reaching individual leadership and company targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Represent the Company in order to promote its interests within the HCP/KOL/medical peer group.
  • Provide the Kenvue Romania team with medical expertise in the context of HCP marketing strategy, creating and adding value to develop medical-marketing strategy and plans /marketing tactics/ positionings/ messages/ content, including KOL engagement.
  • Providing scientifical support for speakers, during the medical educational events, in collaboration with Brand Activation and Cluster HCP Teams.
  • If needed, organizing/ implementing/ monitoring Advisory Boards, Focus Groups, Expert Meetings and HCP courses granted with continuously medical educational credits, in collaboration with Brand Activation and Cluster HCP Teams.
  • Drafting and organizing medical-marketing trainings for pathology, product and competitors’ updates, in collaboration with Brand Activation Team and HCP Cluster.
  • Develop, approve and/or certify, where appropriate, promotional, training and scientific materials, within the constraints imposed by current legal and ethical standards and according to the guidelines set by the Regulatory and Medical Affairs, in collaboration with Quality & PV Lead.
  • Assist with the scientific training and medical-marketing trainings of pharmacy and medical representatives to develop their understanding of the Kenvue products and relevant disease areas in order to promote and sell effectively and with confidence.
  • Responsible for close collaboration with external parties and services providers in HCP engagement area.
  • Actively contributing on brand plans preparing, in collaboration with Brand Activation and Sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and HCP needs

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • University Degree (Medicine/ Pharmacy/ Marketing preferred or other)
  • 3+ years in health care industry – preferred OTC or demato-cosmetics field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing medical team.
  • Fluency in English (oral & written).
  • Computer Skills and familiarity with tech platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint, IoS applications).
  • Excellent communication skills including developing relationships at all levels in organization and in the market. Effective listener, honesty, negotiation skills, positive language, clear & strategic thinking
  • Driving licence – B. Willing to travel.
