Ce que tu vas faire

Responsible to partake in all incoming raw and packaging material testing, bulk and product chemical testing, stability testing, which includes both physical and chemical analysis (HPLC) as well as supporting all lab initiatives including digitalization, CIP, EHS&S and plant projects.

Ensuring the execution in the manner compliance with the Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety, Health and Environmental Corporate Quality Systems, Code of Hygienic Practice and local regulatory requirements.

To provide a supporting role for analytical- related analysis as spelled out within the training and qualification plan where applicable, such as, biofilm chemical verification and preparation, chemical assay analysis, TOC and UV spectrophotometry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for incoming and chemical lab activities to ensure that all activities are executed in a timely manner and GLP compliant.
  • To provide full support to lab projects and key site initiatives/projects (e.g. OKR, Quality CIPs, BCP support)
  • To provide support to plant activities such as but not limited to biofilm removal activity (surface
  • swab, chemical titration), C&S inspection/testing and others, during odd hours or weekends.
  • Document control: Review and update specification, SOPs, STPs, test method, forms whenever required.
  • To support in the finish good and raw material testing in compliance with Kenvue requirements.
  • To manage equipment and inventory of all media, reagents, chemical, and consumables relevant to QC laboratory.
  • To participate in the equipment validation, verification, cleaning, maintenance and daily monitoring of equipment temperature (incubator, lab chiller).
  • To actively participate in the 7S programs and safety management of the laboratory.
  • To ensure laboratory waste (biohazardous and non- hazardous) are disposed in a proper manner following relevant procedures.
  • To manage the retain samples and records stored in the laboratory and ensure proper control, labelling, maintenance and storage based on the retention period.
  • To actively participate in GLP training programs, as a trainee and trainer to all lab personnel.
  • Non- conformance of test result handling: Conduct out of specification investigation and nonconformance analysis in the event of deviations during quality control check on raw and packaging materials, semi- finished product and FG, and out of spec on temperature monitoring of equipment in accordance to Kenvue requirements.
  • To participate in audit readiness throughout the year for all internal audits, GRC, safety audit, and health authority audit.

 QC Laboratory Responsibilities:

  • Finished goods / Raw Materials Testing
  • To perform relevant material related tests which Test Method Validation and others
  • To ensure on time finished goods and raw material releases upon availability of results
  • To support trending updates of finished goods/raw materials testing for monthly metrics reporting.

Incoming (support)

  • To support end to end raw material sorting and retention in accordance with J&J requirements.
  • To coordinate samples delivery and coordination to the relevant external lab for testing
  • To perform raw material testing such as but not limited to FTIR, pH, viscosity, Refractive index, Specific gravity and where relevant as specified within the respective RM specification
  • To support in the review of raw material COA and ensuring the right test parameter and test frequency is rightfully captured in accordance with the RM specification.
  • To ensure RPM standard reference used for quality control testing are maintained.
  • To support trending updates of raw/packaging material related testing for monthly metrics reporting.

Analytical (support)

  • To support chemical assay analysis through HPLC and product residue carry over determination through TOC, UV spectrophotometry or equivalent.
  • To support the biofilm removal activity by preparing the relevant chemicals and ensuring the right chemical concentration through titration.
  • Involve in the chemical and chemical waste handling and management

GMP and SHE (Safety Health and Environmental) compliance.

  • Ensure team/division compliance to SHE and GMP
  • To ensure work station are clean and orderly
  • A member of Safety Committee

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
