Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer based in Mandra, Attiki. This position is offered on a fixed‑term contract for a duration of one year.

What you will do

The Quality Engineer ensures that finished products and packaging materials meet quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements, supports quality systems, manages specifications, audits, and complaints, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update Finished Goods specifications.
  • Review and approve packaging material specifications, including packaging working instructions.
  • Manage consumer complaints through PQMS, including investigation and documentation.
  • Support indirect supplier management, including supplier qualification activities.
  • Review and approve artworks in line with regulatory, quality, and brand requirements.
  • Conduct Internal Audits according to the site’s Internal Audit (IA) schedule.
  • Support and participate in Quality & Compliance projects.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, R&D, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or another relevant scientific discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering.
  • Good understanding of GMP, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured documentation approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in an FMCG / manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge or hands‑on experience with SAP.
  • Experience in supplier qualification, specifications management, or audits.
  • Familiarity with complaint management systems and quality metrics.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
