Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

R&D Deployment Engineer Packaging

This position reports to R&D Deployment Senior Manager Packaging and is based at Santa Palomba Pomezia (Rome)

What you will do 

The R&D Deployment Engineer Packaging is in charge for the Deployment of solutions developed for Skin Health Global Brands segment products.

As part of this scope, the R&D Deployment Engineer Packaging:

• Has packaging knowledge or background to execute packaging work processes for packaging projects.
• Compiles and analyzes data, identifies causes, draws conclusions and reports
• Executes processes and ensures that activities and project goals are achieved
• Is responsible for maintaining compliance, consistency of practices and work quality
• Has ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously involving package deployment.
• Ha ability to support investigations, by collaborating with cross-functional teams from commercial & supply chain to execute optimization of processes, packaging materials, and constructions to enable the business efficiency, GP and ESG targets.
• Under supervision, deploy projects with quality; compliance with company requirement; compiles and analyses data, identifies causes, draws conclusions, generates reports.

What we are looking for

• Required: 0-2 years of experience. Previous experience in Packaging is plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering or a related science field is required, advanced degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience in CPG/FMCG..

• Demonstrates understanding of packaging development work process and technical strengths to independently deliver package deployment activities and risk assessments.
• Communicates (both written and verbal), to convey complex information clearly and logically.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute tasks independently, seeking guidance as required.
• Able to adapt and re-prioritize to changing priorities.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships at all levels in the organization
• Good understanding of key principles on sustainability and eCommerce (Omnichannel) packaging.
• Ability to use data, insights & analytics to support perspectives.
• Comfortable in making presentations, has good speaking ability and interpersonal skills.
