Ce que tu vas faire

The RGM Manager will lead the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management strategies to drive profitable growth through optimizing promotional, trade, and customer investment strategies. This role will require strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to maximize the availability and visibility of our market-leading brands across ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development:

  • Utilise data, commercial acumen and strategic insights to champion the RGM function within Kenvue ANZ Partner for impact: Develop effective Revenue Growth Management plans that focus on maximizing brand performance and profitability.
  • Lead the design and deployment of regional RGM strategies across pricing, promotions, portfolio, and trade terms.
  • Lead analysis of key promotional activities to identify optimization opportunities in promotional spend.
  • Identify and champion innovative RGM practices and emerging trends in consumer behavior and pricing models.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with the Sales and Category Management teams to design new initiatives aimed at improving return on investment (ROI) and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Support key commercial finance partners in managing trade spend and maximizing contribution targets throughout the year.
  • Own RGM capability for ANZ and lead workshops / trainings to cascade global best practice, and build knowledge within the ANZ commercial team.
  • Align RGM initiatives with Regional and Global RGM, brand, customer, and channel strategies to maximize commercial impact.
  • Regularly check in with relevant teams to track the progress of initiatives and provide guidance for course corrections when necessary.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance decision-making (e.g., price elasticity modelling, promo ROI analysis).
  • Own trade investment reporting, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of forecasted versus actual trade program and customer investment spend.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to the Sales team and other stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Broader RGM Initiatives:

  • Play a key role in driving broader RGM initiatives related to pricing and portfolio management, including setting pricing index corridors and tracking adherence, ensuring pricing actions support business objectives, leading portfolio reviews with relevant functional teams and coordinating pricing deep dives with external partners
  • Engage with account management teams to lead analyses and develop insights on customer trade spend, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue growth management, trade promotions, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing trade spend effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence various stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of pricing models, promotional strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
