Ce que tu vas faire

The RGM Manager APAC is responsible for executing the APAC sales strategy of the organization, adapting global and regional guidance with a view to creating opportunities, identifying competitive/differentiation strategies, evaluating investment decisions, and building strong relationships with key leaders, partners, and clients. As the Manager, you will support the implementation of sales strategy in alignment with APAC direction, and provide market insights and guide the regional team:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Execute comprehensive RGM strategies to support regional growth, including pricing, promotion, and trade investment strategies, ensuring local adaption to market conditions and compliance with regional guidelines
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential risks and support regional strategy and decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of RGM strategies.
  • Pricing Strategy: Provide market insights and competitive intelligence from local markets to support the APAC pricing strategy and ensure effective local implementation of approved pricing strategies.
  • Promotional Effectiveness: Monitor and report on promotional activities to ensure they are driving the desired consumer behavior and return on investment.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of RGM strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Provide operational guidance and support to a team of RGM professionals across APAC, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure successful execution of RGM initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the marketplace.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, collaborative, and able to influence others without authority. They are pragmatic, analytical, skilled in Excel (scenario modelling, data consolidation, dashboard building), and have diverse commercial experience across different cultures and markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in Sales, RGM, Finance or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or economics.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics with a track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate investment decisions related to sales strategy.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop effective sales plans.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the marketplace.
