The Senior Brand Manager-Skincare is responsible for establishing goals and priorities to support tactical plans, overseeing marketing and lead generation efforts, and coordinating cross-functional activities to drive business growth. You will supervise key processes including event planning, advertising execution, and market trend analysis:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of innovative skincare brand campaigns and comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with target audiences and align with overall business objectives.
- Supervise and mentor dynamic, cross-functional teams to foster creativity, data-driven decision making, and support new product launches and portfolio management initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, digital teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to integrate skincare trends, optimize advertising, communications, public relations efforts, and create compelling brand narratives.
- Analyze market insights, consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive the creation of immersive brand experiences through digital platforms, influencer partnerships, and the planning and execution of key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to deepen consumer engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product launches ensuring alignment with brand vision, regulatory standards, and portfolio management initiatives.
- Champion sustainability and ethical practices within brand initiatives to align with evolving consumer values and corporate responsibility.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales tools, databases, and lead generation processes.
- Establish clear performance metrics and accountability frameworks to monitor business performance and marketing effectiveness.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the skincare or personal care industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams and managing multiple product lines.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including event planning and product launches, within set timelines and budgets.

- Proven track record of crafting and executing innovative brand strategies that have driven measurable growth and consumer loyalty.
