Ce que tu vas faire

We are seeking a Senior Digital and Data Analyst to join our Global Deliver team. This role focuses on leveraging existing data sources and tools to deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency and optimize operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in interpreting data, solving complex supply chain challenges, and providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1.Data Analysis and Insights

• Analyze complex supply chain and logistics datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Work with relevant tech and data tech teams to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
• Provide actionable insights to improve cost-efficiency, delivery times, and inventory management.

2.Digital Transformation

• Lead the implementation of digital tools and analytics platforms to enhance supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with tech and data teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems.
• Provide support, where relevant, to identify and deploy advanced technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, IoT) to streamline logistics and improve reliability and accuracy.

3.Process Optimization

• Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to identify pain points and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational challenges, such as delays, bottlenecks, and demand fluctuations.
• Design and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between technical teams (e.g., IT) and supply chain leaders, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in an accessible and impactful manner.
• Collaborate with external partners (e.g., suppliers, carriers) to align on improvement initiatives.

5. Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing

• Guide junior team members on best practices in data interpretation and process improvement.
• Contribute to building a data-driven culture within the supply chain teams.

What we are looking for

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS /Information Science or  related field.

Experience:

o 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in data analytics, digital transformation, or supply chain logistics.

o Proven track record of implementing data-driven solutions to improve supply chain performance.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

o Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

o Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software.

o Familiarity with machine learning models and predictive analytics.

Soft Skills:

o Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

o Excellent communication and presentation skills.

o Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
