Ce que tu vas faire

What You Will Do   

Key Responsibilities  

  • Own and drive monthly forecasting, quarterly business planning, and annual budgeting processes with precision and strategic foresight. 

  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis and translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. 

  • Spearhead automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance data accessibility. 

  • Maintain consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems including SAP, BW, OneStream, and Power BI. 

  • Lead financial planning and performance updates for assigned markets, ensuring accuracy and delivering strategic insights in collaboration with market finance teams. 

  • Bring forward innovative ideas, tackle complex financial challenges, and drive system and process automation with a forward-thinking mindset. 

  • Partner with key stakeholders such as Market BUF and Local Demand Planners to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives. 

  • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives that shape the financial direction of the business. 

What We Are Looking For  

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting (CA or MBA preferred) 

  • 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the consumer health or FMCG sector. 

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. 

  • Experience with OneStream, SAP, BW, Power BI is a must. 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
