Location is Bangalore, India

Kenvue is currently recruiting for Capability Owner - IBP.  This position reports into Senior Director, Digital Capability for Operations and is based in Skillman, New Jersey.

What will you do   

The Digital Capability Owner will define and execute a comprehensive multi-year roadmap to mature Digital Capabilities across the Supply Chain organization. He/she will partner with business team to identify new opportunities, gather requirements, develop and activate business cases. This individual will lead and grow a strong team of product owners and business analysts who will build and deploy end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. This role will help transform underlying business processes, build a sustainable support model, and drive end user adoption. The person in this role will demonstrate strong experience in supply chain, end to end thinking, digital acumen and ensure proper linkages to the digital strategies of partner functions

·       Responsibilities 

·      Shape and drive overall Digital Transformation journey to accelerate business outcomes and propel growth. Define and manage multi-year digital roadmap of critical end-to-end capabilities to transform our business.

·      Drive overall achievement of digital capabilities and roadmap, by orchestrating end to end digital capabilities in partnership with digital product owners, J&J Technology, and cross-functional business users. Continuously monitor and drive improvements to overall capability maturity roadmaps.

·      Facilitate activation & adoption of various digital capabilities and drive continuous education / training programs. Optimize digital portfolio to minimize duplicate efforts, optimize costs and resources and maximize benefits while maturing digital capabilities.

·       Create and espouse a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture where different viewpoints are visibly encouraged and supported. Continuously raise the bar on performance, technical depth, product management results, and people leadership skills.

Qualifications - External

What we are looking for  

·       Required Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 7+ years of experience in managing large program teams and/or organizations is required
  • Strong experience in  planning operations as pertaining to Integrated business planning  and related areas.
  • Strong strategic mind, outstanding critical thinking, analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience and collaboration skills required
  • Thought leadership with an agile mindset experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication, and partnership skills is required.
  • Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical requirements, process information quickly, assess impacts to data elements and deliver on time
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience at all levels and ability to manage indirect resources in a matrix project team
  • Thought leadership with an agile mindset, experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication and partnership skills
  •  Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and result
  • Prior experience with data reporting & analytics
  • Experience with Product management and  agile methodologies
  • Execution of data operational processes and data lifecycle activities

·       Desired Qualifications  

  • 4+ years of direct people leadership experience is preferred.   
  • Prior experience leading digital transformation and driving capability maturity across enterprises is preferred.
  • Advanced degree in a supply chain 
  • Strong industry knowledge and business acumen preferred.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Azure stack preferred.
  • Experience with acquisitions and divestitures is a plus.
  • Experience with financial statements and methodologies (P&L, Balance Sheet, COGs, GP, ROI, NPV, IRR) is a plus
  • Strong experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred.
  • Experience working across Supply Chain domains (planning, manufacturing, delivery / logistics, quality, procurement)
  • People management experience
  • Prior experience with data reporting & analytics
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Execution of data operational processes and data lifecycle activities
