The Senior Talent Access Partner is responsible for supervising and coaching recruiting coordinators, managing the recruitment process (professional, university and disablity hire) to ensure compliance and diversity, and providing guidance on staffing decisions. This role will report to Talent Access Lead - China, Japan & South Korea, located in China.
You will monitor applicant flow, evaluate junior staff performance, and serve as the first escalation point for recruitment issues:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and innovate comprehensive talent acquisition and recruitment strategies tailored to organizational goals, cultural nuances, and dynamic market conditions, ensuring alignment with standards and policies.
- Supervise, motivate, and coach recruiting coordinators and junior recruitment staff, ensuring adherence to recruitment processes, best practices, and company standards.
- Design and implement data-driven and analytical approaches to optimize talent pipeline quality, reduce time-to-hire, monitor recruitment trends, and inform strategic hiring decisions.
- Manage applicant flow and recruitment processes end-to-end, maintaining a diverse and qualified candidate pool with timely and accurate administrative support throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment and labor market trends, including compensation, benefits, and general employment practices, to inform hiring strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, develop proactive talent access initiatives, and provide expert guidance on recruitment systems and processes across multiple teams and product lines.
- Champion employer branding efforts by crafting compelling narratives that attract top-tier talent and elevate company presence in specific markets.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes by integrating innovative technologies, best practices, and making informed decisions regarding salary adjustments, promotions, hiring, and terminations based on performance and organizational needs.
- Supervise and evaluate junior recruitment staff performance, providing constructive feedback and managing escalations related to staffing issues.
- Ensure recruitment-related administrative processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure recruitment exceptions are appropriately reviewed and authorized in accordance with policy.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes involving multiple teams and diverse candidate pools.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop junior staff and manage team performance effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle escalations and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering innovation and accountability in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging recruitment metrics and market data to drive strategic decisions.

- Proficiency in modern recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and digital sourcing platforms.
