What you will do:
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for [hiring people leader inserts 2-3 lines with
brief description of the role, and how the role supports business growth objectives]:
ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes in Kenvue. As a
ServiceNow Developer within Kenvue, you will provide IT services to internal customers
as well as deliver ongoing support for ServiceNow-based software solutions. This role
provides the opportunity to engage in the full application lifecycle as part of a scrum team.
You will design, develop, and support solutions on the Now platform that will get an
opportunity to work on Kenvue’s core IT & non-IT modules.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Developing, configuring, the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Follow the ServiceNow development best practices when developing.
• Code reviews and quality control checks to ensure maximum efficiency and
productivity.
• Debugging and fixing technical problems
• Producing and running Automated Test Framework (ATF) / Manual test cases to
guarantee software quality.
• Documenting code and application functionality
• Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development
ensures your success.
Certifications & Skills:
• Certifications are preferred CSA, Developers, Administration
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
• Graduation / Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering field is necessary.
• With 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development (e.g., JavaScript, Angular,
HTML, CSS) or
• Experience in java full stack development experience
Requirements & Skill:
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and
integrations.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Portal development and widget creation.
• Experience with software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM),
HR Service Delivery(HRSD), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Customer Service Management
(CSM) processes.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
