What you will do
As Skin & Beauty Commercial Activation Manager you will be responsible for driving the execution of brand strategies in the local market, ensuring impactful consumer engagement and flawless implementation of marketing plans. This role bridges global brand strategies with local market realities, delivering best-in-class activations that strengthen brand equity and accelerate growth. You will report to Nordic Commercial Activation Lead Skin & Ess health Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute best-in-class campaigns and retail activation plans build on the Picture of success principles
- Localize and implement global brand strategies for Skin & Beauty categories.
- Plan and execute campaigns across retail, e-commerce, and experiential channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop and execute consumer activation plans to drive awareness, trial, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with agencies and partners to deliver innovative campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Retail Excellence to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Partner with global/regional brand teams to adapt strategies for local market needs.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI, leveraging data to optimize future activations. Focus om understanding the impact of the local BME investments and how to maximize the ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future activations and improve effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Manage activation budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Coordinate and secure best in class execution of PR & Influencer plans for the relevant brands.
- Manage sampling and events for your brands.
- Operationally support the Skin & Essential health team with NPI and launch process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand activation, trade marketing, or consumer marketing (preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Digital marketing and e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Skin Care, Beauty or Health categories.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Ability to develop engaging consumer experiences and adapt global strategies locally.
- Comfortable with data analysis and performance tracking to optimize activations.
- Data-driven approach with ability to interpret performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
