This position reports into Sr. Director, Enterprise Finance Data & Analytics Products and is based at Bangalore.

What you will do

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Finance Data & Analytics Products is responsible for ensuring the development, continuous improvement and seamless operation of one or more of the company’s Operations, Finance and HR & Legal technology and data products & teams. You will lead the design and delivery of technology solutions that enhance efficiency, manage projects to meet business needs, and collaborate with vendors to optimize resources and reduce costs:

Key Responsibilities

·       Build and maintain scalable Data & Analytics products to support one of Supply Chain, Legal or Human Resources functions  

·       Translate business requirements into intuitive model architecture, design, and development solution that drive strategic decision-making

·       Partner with other teams to improve planning processes and eliminate manual work

·       Lead the full model lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement

·       Build data products integrating diverse enterprise data sources (e.g., Azure, SAP, Databricks) to ensure seamless data flow and real-time updates

·       Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and governance protocols to support model sustainability and user enablement

·       Collaborate with external consultants, and cross functional teams to ensure best practices in model performance, security, and scalability

·       Manage cross-functional projects with clear timelines, stakeholder engagement, and delivery milestones

·       Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across the Finance function

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·       10-15 years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, or related technology roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

·       Proven expertise in managing enterprise data platforms, analytics products, and cross-functional technology projects.

·       Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to diverse audiences.

 

Desired Qualifications

·       Proven expertise in leading complex data product lifecycles, from ideation through delivery, with a strong emphasis on innovation and user-centric design.

·       Demonstrated ability to translate complex data challenges into elegant, scalable solutions leveraging modern data architectures and cloud technologies preferably Azure/Databricks technology stack.

·       Experience in vendor management, including software and hardware evaluation and procurement processes.

·       Proficiency in strategic planning, project management methodologies, and performance measurement frameworks.

·       Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, AI/ML integration, and data governance best practices within large-scale enterprise settings.

·       Strong leadership acumen with a track record of building and nurturing diverse, cross-disciplinary teams that excel in fast-paced environments.

·       Exceptional communication skills to articulate visionary data strategies and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

·       A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to proactively drive the evolution of data and analytics products.
