What you will do
The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Finance Data & Analytics Products is responsible for ensuring the development, continuous improvement and seamless operation of one or more of the company’s Operations, Finance and HR & Legal technology and data products & teams. You will lead the design and delivery of technology solutions that enhance efficiency, manage projects to meet business needs, and collaborate with vendors to optimize resources and reduce costs:
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary liaison across Finance, Operations & other Data & Analytics functions to align data product operations.
· Understand and navigate Finance processes, KPIs, and systems, including Kenvue financial data sources and flows.
· Collaborate with Business Process Leads and technical teams to translate financial needs into robust design and scalable solutions.
· Drive cross-product development and operational changes through proactive communication across Finance Data & Analytics product teams.
· Appropriately resolve impediments to end-to-end operational activities for central data assets, including monthly closings and financial planning cycles.
· Design and automate standard data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data products.
· Define and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data load calendars, and operational status updates.
· Bridge functional development and operational teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in data product operations.
· Lead retrospectives with product data teams to enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability across tools.
· Support master data and security data assets, including access controls, data sharing reviews, and lifecycle maintenance.
· Drive the integration of AI and machine learning models into analytics operations to enhance predictive accuracy and business value.
· Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align data product roadmaps and strategic initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
· Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including evaluation and procurement of software, hardware, and services to support data and analytics initiatives.
· Monitor key performance indicators and balanced scorecards related to data and analytics products & operations, reporting progress and impact to senior management.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· 10-15 years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, or related technology roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
· Proven expertise in managing enterprise data platforms, analytics products, and cross-functional technology projects.
· Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Desired Qualifications
· Familiarity with enterprise data management and governance practices, including master data and security operations.
· Proven expertise in leading complex data product lifecycles, from ideation through delivery, with a strong emphasis on innovation and user-centric design.
· Demonstrated ability to translate complex data challenges into elegant, scalable solutions leveraging modern data architectures and cloud technologies, preferably in Azure/Databricks technology stack.
· Experience in vendor management, including software and hardware evaluation and procurement processes.
· Experience working in multi-functional teams across various organizational levels and business domains.
· A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to proactively drive the evolution of data and analytics products.
