What you will do

The Graduate Engineering Trainee is responsible for supporting IT projects, assisting in software development and troubleshooting, and collaborating with teams to enhance technology solutions. You will learn and apply engineering principles to real-world challenges in the information technology domain: 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to design and prototype cutting-edge IT solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.

• Innovate and develop automation scripts to streamline routine engineering tasks and improve system reliability.

• Engage in hands-on learning by contributing to real-time projects involving cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

• Analyze emerging technologies and propose creative integrations to future-proof company IT infrastructure.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate and implement novel software tools that address unique business challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Basic proficiency in multiple programming languages and IT frameworks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills for teamwork and idea sharing

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or IoT projects

• Demonstrated ability to apply IT concepts creatively and innovatively

• Advanced knowledge of emerging programming languages and IT frameworks

• Proven track record of thinking outside the box to solve complex technical problems
