HybridWhat you will do
This role focuses on performing return sample receipt and evaluation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. This position may also provide administrative support, project support, and perform other quality tasks as appropriate. The Analyst 1 evaluates returned field samples, product quality complaints, and processes cases in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures using the Product Quality Management System (PQMS).
This may include but is not limited to:
Review of consumer complaints, interaction with the Consumer Call Center to resolve any discrepancies, coordination of field sample evaluation and prioritization with Complaint Analysts, communication with internal and external manufacturing sites, and maintenance support of the field sample processing area and supplies as appropriate.
This role may also provide project support and perform various administrative duties such as retrieving products that have been dispositioned, providing historical records, creating spreadsheets, and maintaining performance and metrics data.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in complaint vigilance, complaint analysis, pharmacovigilance, data evaluation, or related quality assurance functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, macros, and pivot tables.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret syndicated data and generate actionable insights.
Effective communication skills to liaise across multiple departments and respond to customer inquiries.
Detail-oriented with the ability to document investigations and corrective actions accurately.
Desired Qualifications
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and eagerness to learn advanced analytics platforms.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and present findings clearly.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic regulatory environment and embrace innovative technologies.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining data integrity and patient safety.
Ability to identify subtle patterns and anomalies in complex datasets.
