What you will do

The Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial leadership to the Supply Chain Global teams (Global Make/QHS), working as business partner for people budgeting and strategic projects, and driving financial modeling for manufacturing, quality and transformation projects as well as Long Rage Financial Plans.

This role will play the critical role of leading analysis, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives across Global Supply Chain Operations as well as financial leadership to the function’s budgets and forecast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with business partners to influence and shape business decisions that support the short and long-term objectives and key results of our organization.

  • Responsible for leading the financial planning processes. Review spending forecasts, challenge assumptions and ensure alignment and clear communication across the Global Supply Chain organization.

  • Closing activities for global cost centers. Work close with Global FP&A , Global tax and accounting to ensure flawless reporting for budget and actuals related to the areas under our team responsibility  

  • Partnering with business leaders to deliver financial commitments. Providing for the continual monitoring of the business’ annual budget to ensure cost-effective management.

  • Strategic projects execution as finance partner

  • Developing talent for the finance organization.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics or Engineering

  • Relevant previous experience in Finance Area (Supply Chain Finance and/or BUF)

  • Previous experience working as a Finance Business Partner

  • Desired previous experience leading a team directly

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São José dos Campos

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills

  • Experience in business partnering

  • Ability to deal with several competing priorities and complex issues

  • Ability to work autonomously, while keeping other team members informed as appropriate
