HybridWhat you will do
As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Global Serialization Manager, this role will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic objectives for the level3 software installation on the production lines. This role will have a deep understanding of the integration of serialization software and the link between level 1-2 and with level 4 serialization software. This role will cover both BU-IT as well as Technology management responsibilities. The role will keep a close contact with our serialization solution providers.
This role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy and technical execution to deploy and manage the global serialization system, delivering business SME support and continuous improvement of the architecture level 3 software.
Responsibilities:
BU-IT Level key activities:
Shape the product vision and SW roadmaps.
Shape and prioritize backlog + Translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
Resources and budget planning
Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Accountable for driving engagement with third parties (Vendor Management)
Lead selection of solution options while working with Technology partner(s) to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing.
Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders.
Drive reporting and analytics provide visibility on performance.
Work with business and technology partners for securing on time TLM.
MSA/SLA owner
Drive alignment with BU partners (i.e., BAM and CCB)
Serialization Level3 tasks
Maintain Serialization systems technical knowledge.
Prepare build / updates / fixes.
Facilitate implementation planning.
Connection with L1-L2.
Initial build tests.
Prepare test scenarios.
Support SME BST and UAT.
Hypercare organization.
Productive roll-out support.
Connection with software suppliers for requirements and fixes.
Qualifications:
5 years' experience as a business/technology owner in IT Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related field with responsibility for P&L and key performance indicators of the organization
Ability to be hands on with Serialization solutions configuration and development.
Proven Experience and understanding of modern process and data integration eco-systems with ERPs.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment within pharma and/or consumer product industry, specifically in the serialization and Track and Trace (T&T) area.
Understanding of industry T&T trends and customer needs, ability to create a value proposition for the user and a vision for technology that best support business goals.
Experience in developing engineering and maintenance serialization systems, tools and business solutions.
Experience in working with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
Ability to deploy, manage and maintain IT solutions support models for the serialization area.
Good communication skills and ability to communicate with engineers, developers as well as with business managers, business SME’s.
Professional certifications preferred but not required: Agile, PM, ITIL, Change management etc.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field
